Windows 7: bionic commando problem

ok so i installed the game everything went fine,
so i load it up it gets to the third logo the one of GRIN
then the sound get stuck like repetats like a scrached disk the screen goes black and the light on mi monitor goes from blue to orange

i restart computer load the game up again this time i get to first logo and sound gets stuck and green blue red bars appear acroos the whole screen

then i try running it at lowest resoultion and i get out of range wrror on my screen

tried running as xp, as vista as admin, nothing worked..
by the way its not a windowsd 7 compatibilty issue i used to have this on xp with assasins creed

Do you have latest directx,video drivers?
Have you installed any codec packs?

I haven't had any issues with Bionic Commando, but I have experienced similar problems in other games that were due to the codec pack I had installed.

nope, i have vlc media player installed but no coded pack from what i head windows 7 comes with latest direct x if not send me the link
and i have the windows 7 catlyst drivers
