Problem with a game I just bought

So I bought a game this morning(might and magic heroes vi), and when I start the launcher opens just fine, there's a map editor that comes with it that works fine when I press play to start the game it starts loading but crashes right away. My laptop has 4 gigs of ram a 500 gig HD, when I do dxdiag under display it says 1696 MB of memory, and my os is Windows 7 home premium 64bit. The minimum requirements are 1.5 gigs of ram, video card: 512 mb direct x, 8 gigs of space on hd. Anyone know what my be wrong?

It could have something to do with the fact that the game isn't officially released until 2 days from now,

Q&A: how to launch Might & Magic Heroes VI (release on 13th of October) - Topic

Might want to wait a couple of days until the activation servers for it come online, and then see if it will run.
