Xfire in Windows 7

    Xfire in Windows 7


    Wanted to post that Xfire installed and works on Windows 7.

    I didn't have time to go play around with it to much. But it logs me in and I can see my friends list.

    it works on seven, but you can't see the infoviews on right side

    try another install, mine was like that the first time but second time round it was fixed.

    I seen mine on the first install. Have not had time to work some more with Windows 7. I wanted to try Team Speak sometime.

    Xfire updated recently that is why the right sidebar (which is using IE, and I guess the update fixed the error whit IE8) is now fully usable. Way to go. Even Balance could learn from their example. :)

    I had no sounds etc, uninstalled and ran setup in compatibility with vista and worked
    Hope this helps for others

    talk about this in xfire forums is that you copy folders like sounds from the program files\xfire to program data\xfire
    then restart xfire.

    Personally I found my way easier
