My system is "older" than yours and plays TQ with everything in max just fine.

I put everything on low or off, which didn't fix much, still won't move when I click to move, causing me to not kill certain things. I'm at the same exact boss I was the first time, when I had to stop playing.

Sorry, I just simply find that hard to believe, unless of course you're in earlier areas. On my older PC and my current PC it was absolutely flawless, before the area in question. I may be wrong, but I don't see how.

Some people have solved the problem by deleting TQ and re-installing it.

I too, would suggest re-installing it.
Go to Documents and copy the My Games folder to another location.
    Uninstall TQ.
After reinstalling TQ, start play from the beginning and end the game.
Go to Documents and delete the My Games folder and replace it with the original My Games folder.

That's worth a try for sure, but it's unusual for the same thing at the same point in the game to be doing this. But I have to try something.

    Thank you kindly :)
