    Steam Icon


    My steam icon my task-bar is a Counter-Strike logo instead of a steam logo. Any ideas on how to fix or change it.

    Ive noticed it get icons for various games mixed up as well.

    I've found that if you put the icon to be Read Only from its properties, it should stay as the Steam icon and not change itself to a game icon. Hope this helps!

I have included some screenshots. When I try and pin the steam.exe application to the taskbar, it works, but has that default no image/icon attached image. However, as you can see in the open window, the steam.exe application does show that icon as part of it. Any thoughts? Kind of driving...

Hey im having some trouble trying to change my Steam icon, i only managed to change its tray icon because it is an .ico located in the Resources folder. But when i try to change the main Steam icon, which shows in the taskbar and in other places, i cant change it because when i right click it and...
Everytime i come back from a restart, my steam icon is always in another position why is that?
