Windows 7: Battlefield 3 - Battlelog - Can't sign in to it?

I can't sign in to battlefield battlelog at all. I have bought the game, and it says 'Buy BF3 to get access to battlelog'. Is battlelog only available to PC users? I have this game for Xbox 360 so I don't know if I can't access this info because of that. It says to sign in to battlelog on the menu's though on Xbox so I'm a bit stuck.

I'm also having a problem that every time I sign in, it says by profile data is damaged and cannot be used, and then says I unlocked everything I already did? I'm a bit confused. All answers appreciated.

According to this webpage, battlelog is available for consoles;
Battlefield 3 gets Battlelog for PS3 and Xbox 360 but no split-screen co-op - National Console Gaming | Examiner.com

I think you will need to have an EA account and get your 360 gamertag associated with it and then you login to battlelog with your EA account.
