Windows 7: counter cstrike source

on other games all okey no lags , but when play source all laging its like playing with ping 1000 . but choke , ping all ok , i reinstall windows , reinstall css , reinstall drivers , windows mod not helping , resolution change not helping ... AND when i play with bots non internet (create server) all cool no lags no problems but when in internet its .... (have non-steam css)
help someone ... THX

Well firstly you wont get lag on local host. If you did i would be amazed lol
Secondly the non steam issue ive not had much exp with as i found it full of hackers etc.... Ping wise, have you updated network card drivers? wi-fi drivers and the such forth. Make sure your firewall is allowing CSS properly. Try disabling it, if it works then get a different firewall completly. Lag is associated with poor network. OR are you getting FPS lag? two seperate entities.

its not problem with fps , not firewoll, i have best network ..

All due respect, how are you sure its not FPS lag?
With no system specs i cant offer any usable help.
Post your specs and ill take a look.
FPS lag will cause high pings believe me.
Thus saying you have no choke, high choke is associated with high ping. You have no choke yet high ping, This suggests something else, hence why i asked about FPS lag, start a game type net_graph 3 into console and tell me output. I need to know your specs though

pentium 4 3.2 ghz , 3gb ram , video card 3870 HD i have command net_graph 3 and there no choke no ping more then 15 no latency its not problem with ping, when i was on xp its was all okey ))

This is why i suggested FPS lag. Your netgraph 3 output didnt tell me the FPS of your card.
XP and 7 are completly different mate, just because everything was ok on XP doesnt make it so for 7

Just go to dell and search for your drivers for your network card. Usually theres somewhere that you can put your serial number in and it will bring it all up. ( toshiba do for mine anyway)
So you have a 500 ms to speedtest? Thats then a 7 problem not a css problem. Allways remember that CSS is nearly 5 years old. Compared to todays games its resources are nothing.
The first rule of game is that in my expierience computers never lie. If it says 500 then it is.

I cant provide the download link cos i dont know your model number or anything. Remember just cos it may work in vista it might not in 7. and seeing as you have used XP that is nothing like 7.
I think updating your card drivers, performing a full malware and virus scan will do the trick for you

well. "(non-steam css)" is bound to be buggy, and have issues. the programs used to run the game (loader.exe?) if i underdtand your OP, were probably designed for xp.
that and Official servers (im guess you cant join) are usually problem free, and fast as hell.

buy it. its only $20. then it will work just dandy.

Agreed, Non steam has allways and allways will be a little dodgy, especially on steam last week all the counter strikes were on sale for like 10 pounds. I would pay that to avoid hassles.
