Its whacky and far fetched, but in a good way.
Its kind of like Grand Theft Auto, only instead of a more serious/realistic tone, SR3 doesn't even attempt to take itself seriously in the least.
Its a nice change of pace, good for a few laughs, and can be a lot of fun.
