Sure, it looks alright. But IMO it doesn't look as realistic as a game like Skyrim. I mean, that guy in the Gameplay Demo is rolling around like crazy while killing three huge creatures at once. It looks like one of those old handheld we used to play on Gameboy's but with better graphics.

Graphics ain't got nothing to do with it (if you like to look at fancy graphics, why play COD at all?). Doom 1 and 2 are still the best FPS games I've ever played. Oldschool hardcore, enough for me. Oh, and early Quake and Unreal games, too.

It's not really. It's part Oblivion, part button bashing hack 'n slash. I played the demo on the 360 and it just didn't really 'grab me'.

Speaking of not grabbing, I've been playing Halo Reach and I keep waiting for the 'fun' to happen. Capped low framerate and FPS with a controller is just tedious now.

Forza 4 with a wheel and head tracking is pretty cool though. It may not be a total 'sim' like liveforspeed, Race and the others but it shits all over the arcade crap that is NFS.

I'm now playing Urban Terror, Tremulous, Celestial Impact, Xonotic, Nexuiz, and CUBE 2. Cube is addicting, but it makes me want to kick a puppy, or punt a baby or something. The problem is my FPS drops down to around 15 when a large group of enemies spawn.
