well, it looks like we won't be playing bulletstorm 2.

a real pity, as the first game was an absolute blast.

anyway, just downloading wargame: european escalation currently on offer at steam (well at least it is in the uk, don't know about elsewhere).

i've been hearing good things about this game. looks like the sort of thing i could get it into.

only four and a half hours to download...
What a Shame I liked Bulletstorm alot too love the boot slide ..........

I just seen this and was in Tears too too funny

yeah, it's a real bummer - i think bulletstorm is the most enjoyable balls-out outrageously silly sci-fi shooter for a very long time, full of laughs and wtf's - i even forgave its use of GFWL.

i hope another publisher can snap the sequel up and put it out.

i'm enjoying wargame:european escalation too. i'm going to have to convince some friends to buy it, so we can get into multiplayer. it's always more fun beating somebody you know. i've only played about five hours or so, the first few battles, but i can already see there's plenty here to sink my teeth into, and i hope it's going to be a game i can really lose myself in. i daren't start it up now for a session, as i'm planning to do stuff today!

Started Silent Hill: Downpour over the weekend.

Good news: It doesn't completely suck like the last 3 or so Silent Hills have.
Bad News: It's still no Silent Hill 2.

It's just not reaching the levels of creepy/scary that it should be.

But at least the game is not designed to just piss you off like everything else SINCE 2 was...
