I need to play these too. AARRRGGGHHH!

I've got both, and finished GTA4 years ago. Never got back into these two, they've just been sitting on my HD.

The Lost and the Damned is incredibly hard for me, how did you even get past the last mission in it? I can't get past it!

Spam a lot of pipe bombs and rockets at big groups of cops and use the assulat shotgun and carbine rifle a lot when turning corners. I beat it just using those mainly and the uzi once in a while.

I'm liking that controller contrabarardus. Best of both worlds.

Finally got round to setting up my surround screens. Bio shock infinite is bloody awesome at 5760x1200. Runs at 60 fps in game max too. Sfa slow downs either.

Sweet. I'm getting into Bioshock next myself, but I'm doing it in 3D rather than multi-screen. Aiming takes a little getting used to in 3D, but it looks amazing in 3D.

I'm liking the controller myself still. Works like a charm. It takes 3 AAA batteries to use it wireless, and if you use batteries with it it shuts down after about 15 minutes of inactivity and has to be reset by pulling the dongle out and plugging it in, and turning the controller on and off.

I like mapping jump and crouch to the shoulder buttons so all my movement is controlled with the stick, and the D-pad makes for a nice hotkey pad. It's a decent D-pad that allows easy to use eight way mapping. With the 360 controller I sometimes had trouble getting diagonal mapped keys to work well, but this is much easier to use that way and I've had no trouble using diagonal commands allowing me to make use of all eight hotkeys available on it.

Another nice feature is the fact that you can also power it via Micro-B USB cable without batteries, and it doesn't shut itself down if you don't touch it for a bit. It still has to be reset when I boot my computer or restart, but otherwise it stays on constantly. I sit right next to my PC and I have a six foot Micro-B USB cable, so I'm set.

The only thing I don't like about it, is that you can't program the top shoulder button. There are three, but only two can be used for gaming functions. The other works kind of like a 'function' key and is used to set various settings on the controller itself. It'd be nice if I could program that button as well, but it's no big deal as I have a Razer Naga with a 12 button keypad on the side and five buttons plus a scroll wheel on the top.

The motion control is pretty useless in my experience though. You can set it to a button function if you want, but I found it to be either too sensitive, or not sensitive enough to be useful. I didn't care about that to begin with, so it's no real loss that it's not very useful in my case anyway.

I also don't need both ends powered on. I've put the right half into my electronic junk drawer where it will likely sit collecting dust from now on. I'd need the right half to set up motion control, it has to be reset each time the controller is turned on, but since I'm not using it because it's kind of crap, there's no need to have both halves out.

I suggest if you're interested, that you pick one up soon. You can get it off of Amazon last I saw for around $20, but the page said they only had about 20 left and that particular version has been discontinued. There's another for $99 that has a wireless mouse instead of the right half of the controller but the same left half. The $99 version comes in both x-box and PS3 flavors, but if you're using it like I am for PC, they'd both be pretty much exactly the same thing.
