I actually read about the 15 dragons thing because apparently, originally, they NEVER wet away. And after a while the entire world was just filled with dragon carcases so they had to limit it to the last 15

I agree, having all the bodies disappear after say 7 game days would be better.

I did finally have one dragon not burn up and give me it's soul last night, but it was only because I didn't get the last blow in on him. He flew farther away and a giant killed him with the last blow, so when I got there to him being dead, he didn't do the normal burn up.

That was before the patch though.

I do seem to have quite a bit of dragons semi ignoring me after engagement and flying off to other areas or just completely flying off throughout the game. Which it wasn't like that near beginning play of the game.

Also a few times have been killed by an Elder dragon twice. Come back the third time , and he's now a Blood dragon instead of an Elder. Not sure what that's about.

Also now that you mention it, did notice the last dragon killed me quite easily after the patch was applied. Have to test out whether my resistances are ruined now from the patch.

A tremendous amount of the game is randomised when it is "rezed". Locks, chest contents, dragons etc. I notice it a lot, especially with locks, if for some reason you die in a cave and didn't save after your last lock pick, the location of the sweet spot will change, and the amount of gold and random jewels (While other items remain constant).

Oh and random enemies along the road

Yeah we (I) try not to post spoiler materail but anytime you're discussing a game, something is bound to come out. It happens. I've found myself turning away from certain posts here to keep from reading the spoiler material. I know I've been guilty of this as well so.

Anyway it would be nice to keep the spoiler material to a minimal, or a least warn of such material being posted.

I've noticed that the dragons that don't burn away for me seem to be the ones that are around the word wall peaks ( the places with the dragon heads for markers..)

Other than that, I'm running the new patch, using the 4Gb mod, a ton of graphic mods, the beta driver from Nvidia... 20 mins of playing an nothing unusual, Other than a chest already open with the contents laying inside. FPS is in the 60's with everything on ultra or high.

Oh... and TAB doesn't take me out of menu's anymore... *******s.. I had just gotten used to that!!

So I take back a little of my last post.

My armor doesn't seem as effective any more.

I got my butt handed to me by 2 Drugar deathlords with nothing special. My health drained faster than I've ever seen it!

Yeah I thought it was just enchanted armor that lost its potency but I just read an article saying some folks ere saying the character itself has been weakened by the patch.

All I know is that a Dragon nearly took me out pretty easily. I saw my health bar drop to near nothing where prior to the patch I wouldn't have lost a quarter of what I lost on that one shot

Here's the article - Did the Skyrim Patch Make Things Better? Or Worse?

Quote:
According to other forum members, post-patch, there are still memory issues, frame rate problems, a bookcase bug, the ability to use weapon racks, the inability to place items on tables, decreased character strength, and many more.
Bethesda needs to explain or fix this one, quick.

Discuss Dragon Age 2
So I got my copy of Dragon Age 2 on Tuesday. I've got about 12 hours (usually play a few hours a day) in thus far so here's some info. First off - you can not judge this game by the demo. The demo was limited snippet of the game and did not showcase the graphics.... even without the texture...

Discuss: Bulletstorm
So what do you people think of this game, those who have played it. I finished it, I can't say I love it, it was "iffy" to say at best. Not a great game. The whole process of "kill with skill" didn't really turn out to be as awesome as it sounded for me.
