Turn your sound up a bit, you can hear the tumblers fall into place when you've got it in the right position

I've been spending alot of time doing some re-textures.

If anyone wants to check em out and give me some feedback, good or bad, please do so :)
Might help me in future projects of what to do and what not to do.

So far Ive only done Solitude and Whiterun (Whiterun was the first re-tex Ive ever done)
They may not be perfect, but Im learning.

Both at Nexus, and will install with the Nexus Mod Manager.

    Solitude
    Whiterun

    Nice job Jessie :)

Good luck on your modding career. I know you'll do good things in your future projects.

As to the improvements, I kind of like seeing the cobblestone streets as opposed to the dirt streets, but that's me.

    Peace

That's my point; I think you'll get better at it. We all have to start somewhere. When I look back at some of my projects from beginning to end I can clearly see my growth. You'll do the same thing if you stick to it.

    Peace

Looks very nice; a lot smoother than usual. Any plans for some more mods?

carry on the good work, jessie - i particularly like what you've done to whiterun - the blue rooves/roofs are great, and the temple looks so much fresher. :)

(i was taught 'rooves' at school, but that was ages ago, and 'roofs' seem to be the modern spelling.)

Im not sure ... TBH Im new at it and still experimenting and learning as I go.

Also, I seem to have a huge creative challenge on what textures I should and/or shouldn't be using.

Its a bit hard to come up with something that fits into the overall feel while being a bit different at the same time, at least for me... if that makes sense what Im trying to say.

Sometime it can be too different and many don't like.

But since I done Whiterun, Ive learned a lot about different techniques. Although .. I still have a ton to learn about this.

@Mickey -- I gave up along time ago trying to make sense of the English language. Whats proper and whats accepted and spoken are different things.
And sometimes, it doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason to it LOL.

I truly feel for those trying learning it as a second language.
