GFWL won't start, causes games to crash

GFWL was working fine until yesterday. I went to start Batman: Arkham City and it crashed after the splash screen. I noticed that GFWL and the marketplace also would not start (splash screen, then nothing).

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling GFWL and the Marketplace, as well as the .Net framework (multiple times). I can NOT get these to work! And I have no idea what could possibly have caused this, since I didn't update any software between the time I played the game last and yesterday morning (maybe a 24 hour span).

Are there any other common fixes? These literally leave no errors and just close when trying to start, making the games that use GFWL crash on start up (just get the generic "blah has stopped working" error).

I've tried the steam user forums, XBOX forums (under the PC sections) and e-mailing microsoft, but no answers yet.

My last resort would be to find a custom installer for the game with a crack so I could possibly completely bypass GFWL.

    Bumping to noticeable update.

Still very much unable to play games, and there is no system restore point from before the 18th, which is the day it started acting up.

I even have no replies from the xbox PC Game forums.

If you're getting a message saying there's something wrong with your account click gray link inside that box, log in from there and agree to the new TOS (Terms of Service) agreement. Untill you do that you won't be able to log in from Market Place.

No error messages, literally nothing (like I said in my first post). I WISH there wan an error message, then I could have something to work with.

While the splash screen is present on the screen, GFWLive.exe and GFWLClient.exe appear running in the Windows Task Manager, but disappear with the splash screen, leaving no errors, no windows, no traces.

I also cannot find any links to Microsoft customer support for this situation.

I don't readily have a solution as it seems Marketplace has been having problems lately. All I could suggest is you look through this link and try reinstalling. I know you said you did that already but that's all I have right now.

Anyway in this link there is information to support pages - Download the Games for Windows Client | PC Games Client - Xbox.com although I do note the Games For Windows link appears to be dead so

To be honest I get the feeling Microsoft is killing off, or is going to kill off, the PC side if Market Place. Note the xbox.com in the link, and on the page.

    Sorry.

Retried the uninstalling/reinstalling, but am getting the same issue.

If you could even find me a link/e-mail to directly contact customer support that would be great, because I certainly can't find one.

The link I provided in my post above yours is the best I could find. Sorry.
