Windows 7 - problem with graphics

when i load a game the graphics are not working right.
the picture is all lines and shapes with sum of the picture correct.

i am running windows 7

can anyone help

Please post your system specs.

Then let us know what game you are running, or if this just happens to one game.

it happens with all games.
have just added new monitor, which is a lcd tv
and had to reinstall ati catalyst control centre in order to have screen size equal to tv size.by altering scaling options.
i cannot remember what to do to add system specs but let me know

At very top right, click on Subscriptions. Then on the far left, click on Edit System Spec

no not under warranty.
had this problem before sum time ago and cannot remember how i fixed it.

you sure you have the correct CCC looks like the one for xp not windows 7 mine looks totally different

tried that now screen resolution will not go up to 1080 x 1024 screen shot is not same as the one you show.
