Considering your system specification you can't play latest game like crysis 2, GTA IV and many other. Your lappy has Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family graphics which is an integerated one. Better if you have a dedicated graphic card and a little bit nice CPU like a core 2 duo 2.53 Ghz. You can play games which was released before 2006 like GTA:San Andreas, vice city and many other but at low setting or at high settings.

Try this systeminfo.exe. It will give all the detailed information about you computer. I got it from windows 7 forums.
