| | Game Closes automatically games Portal 2 Left 4 dead 2 as soon as i open the games from steam the game closes after the valve logo automatically again n again i tried runing steam as an administrator too nthin worked out |

| | still not helping tried all with reboot anyways i have sent out the same query to steam support hope smthin comes out |

| | Check the event logs for errors relating to application crashes. We need more information really to diagnose. If it was me I would just take a backup and re-install Steam. Dave |

| | Since the games actually load up it may not work but have you tried verifying game cache for these particular games? Right click on the game in steam and click properties/local files/verify integrity of game cache. |
