Can't get Enemy Territory to resolve DNS to evenbalace master server..

Hello All...
I have a pc with a duel boot OS's. Windows 7x64 Pro and windows xp pro x32.
I'm having a problem with windows 7 it will not let one of online shooters connect to Punkbuster DNS EVENBALANCE.COM MASTER SERVER...The game is Enemy Territory but have no issues with windows xp pro works just fine on enabled or disabled pb servers...
The game is fine on windows 7 if I play on a server that has pb disabled...
Seems it all started when Punkbuster dropped support for the game...
Uninstalled the game and Deleted all related files.. Reinstall the game... Reinstalled pb...ran TweakNow PowerPack 2011 to make sure the registry was cleaned of all left over stuff...and stated from scratch...
Here is the link for all the stuff I tryed but still can't get my game to talk to the DNS MASTER SERVER AT EVENBALANCE.COM...
It's a long post but it has very thing we tryed...
