    Hello Rob, Welcome to Sevenforums!

Try this tutorial out: Compatibility Mode (by Brink)

Failing that, perhaps the games are just too old for Windows 7. You might consider buying some newer games.

    Hope I've helped

If compatibly mode doesn't work, you can just virtualize windows xp. unless that's the same thing as compatibility mode.

Im pretty sure it can, if he gives the virtual machine the right amount of resources he can. Hell i virtualized xp to play starcraft 1 and that worked. not the best example, but i also successfully virtualized vista (or it could have also been xp) to play fallout 3 (cus it has awe full bugs when playing on w7) and that worked.

The CPU's nowadays are far more faster than the ones that were available when those games came out. The games just can't keep up with the speed :)

You need to use DOSBox to run these games.
DOSBox, an x86 emulator with DOS

AFAIK, Dungeon Keeper and Lemmings are supported by DOSBox (Full Compatibility). Not sure about Trackmania, but you can try. It should work.

There is also a front end GUI for DOSBox called D'Fend Reloaded, which makes it all quite easy.
