Since GTA 4 is extremely CPU dependent, what exact processor do you have? Quad core - yes it will run but you would greatly benefit getting more RAM. Core 2 Duo - yes it will run but at low settings. Single core - I wouldn't even attempt it although I have a friend that ran it on a P4 3.0GHz/2GB RAM/8800 GT at about 10 FPS, lowest settings (on XP). More like a slideshow than playing a game.

Yeah you should be able to run it but I am not sure how well it will run with only 1.5GB RAM as that is the bare minimum recommended for Vista. You really should upgrade your RAM.

    GTA 4 Minimum System Requirements

    • Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8Ghz or equivalent AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4Ghz
    • Memory/RAM: 1GB for XP and 1.5GB for Vista
    • Video Card: 256MB NVIDIA 7900 or 256MB ATI X1900
    • Hard Disk Space: 16GB free
    • Operating System: Windows XP SP3 or Windows Vista SP1
