Is portal I and II considered first person shooters?

Or where those posted because you enjoyed them a lot?

    Farcry (original) was pretty enjoyable.

    Bioshock 1&2

Overall the FPS genre is pretty stale. Too much focus on multiplayer and far too many Call of Boring clones.

WOW no one has mentioned any of the UT franchise at all.

    1, Ut2004 - Still play it - PC
2, UT99 - Play every know and then - PC
3, Battlefield 2 - Completed not too long ago - XBox
4, Battlefield 3 - Kinda play it every now and then - XBox
5, Duck Shoot - LOL. I had no others that I have played.

Only just got into the Xbox as i have that Kinect and the Gaming is sooooo different to the PC. Always go back too UT2004.

3a, Crysis - On the PC with better Graphics then the Xbox was Awesome.

I played half of Bioshock and while the Ambient and graphics were superb, I couldn't connect with the game. I don't get along with those weird SciFi Weapons and having to fight Bosses is something else I hate doing. I would love to go at it again simply because I loved the design of the maps in the Campaign.

Hit the nail in the head and as a Single Player, paying 50 to 60 bucks for a half assed, duke it out with bosses so it feels like the Campaign is long is not working out so, I am buying my games when they hit the bargain bin.

I do enjoy them and it seems its the model to which others make their games now but, the rinse and repeat, the taken by the hand to guide you where to go or what key to hit to kill the big boss gets old quick
