Windows 7: Gaming VPN?

Hiya, long story short I'm a gamer and there's a new MMO coming soon called "Tera-online" Home - TERA

I play currently with someone who lives in Japan and they want to try Tera as well. The problem and point of this post is Tera will have IP restrictions.

We're looking into VPN services and having a rough time determining what the best option would be... we're looking for a fast/reliable/west coast US based VPN, also a service that offers a private IP address that never changes and is not shared with anyone



If anyone knows of any good provider please post!

I sometimes use something called hotspot shield, I have no idea if it has a stable private IP address though, you might want to check that out urself. Happy gaming.
