need help editing sprites in diablo 2

so i really dislike the spinning pentagrams in the menus when youre exiting the game to doing options. i hear theres a way to do it with a mpq editor, but i have no experiance doing this. can anyone help me out please? thanks

im not looking for mods and stuff i actually only need to change (or delete) the one sprite
