Midtown Madness Won't Recognize Graphics Card

Hi, I Have an Nvidia geforce gt 220 graphics card and it works on all my games but one.
The graphics card wont show up in Microsoft Midtown Madness for some unknown reason?
This game was fine and worked perfectly before i upgraded my PC From XP to Windows 7.
This is Strange because this game works on my dads laptop (Windows 7) and recognizes the graphics card perfect, so its not windows 7, but its not the graphics card because it worked on XP.
What Should I Do?
Thanks

Is it affecting installing or playing the game? When do you get this notification?
