I have both of these and they work just fine. Have you installed all available Windows updates? I have Service Pack 1, so if you haven't already, install that. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Acer Aspire M3802 OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Service Pack 1 / Ubuntu 12.10 64-bit CPU Intel Quad Core Q8300 @2.5MHz Memory 4x2GB DDR3 Graphics Card Nvidia 9800 GTX+ HD Sound Card Realtek HD 3D Sound Monitor(s) Displays Samsung Syncmaster 2333 HD Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Logitech G510 PSU Alpine 750w Hard Drives 750GB SATA Internet Speed 18M |

Yes, i have installed all the latest content, but it still comes up with the same error each and every time. It keeps on saying "There is an error during installation. Please see the Log for more details." Even when I installed both the games, it keeps coming up with it. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Hewlett-Packard OS Windows 7 Professional 32-bit (6.1, Build 7600) Memory 4096MB RAM Graphics Card Radeon ATI HD4870 Monitor(s) Displays NVIDIA GeForce GT220 Screen Resolution 1680 x 1050 |

OK, i found out what the problem is. It seems that Sims 3 was not installed correctly, so I will uninstall it and install it again. After that, if it keeps coming up with the error, i'll edit this post and tell you. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Hewlett-Packard OS Windows 7 Professional 32-bit (6.1, Build 7600) Memory 4096MB RAM Graphics Card Radeon ATI HD4870 Monitor(s) Displays NVIDIA GeForce GT220 Screen Resolution 1680 x 1050 |
