Windows 7: Stop a game appearing in shortcuts in start menu

Hi,

I am Deaf and can you help me to "Stop a game appearing in shortcuts in start menu" in the "C:\Users\*your user name*\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\All program\Game\



when I double click the .EXE or whichever it make a shortcuts in the C:\Users\*your user name*\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\All Program\Game

it all ok for C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\StartMenu\Games as my games is there

Please help me to stop it doing that
