online gaming time is always saved at a previous date

hello, i will try explain my situation as best as i can
i have started playing in ogame.org. Its an online browser game so obvioulsy i play in real time. however, every time i log in, at first the right date and time is displayed, however as soon as i click on any option in the game, it always takes me back to a previous saved date and time. And then when i click on something again in the game, it takes me back to yet another previous date and time. This is so frustrating because i never really know the progress of my game as its not showing my true progress. i understand it is realtime and that the score will change every second as my resources will increase and decrease slightly. This is not the case here. I am taken back to a couple of hrs and sometimes it shows the score from the past week.
i have tried working with Google chrome , Firefox, and Windows Explorer and they all have the same problem.
I delete all caches and recent history as soon as i close the page., Ive cleared all data browsing in all 3 web browsers. Ive also activated the same for my flash player.

I logged in using my phone and it works perfectly. I am certain its a windows issue.

Im running windows 7 ultimate, 32 bit

Please help !!
