just cause 2 showing fatal directx error code 15 plz help

hello everyone
i have installed just cause 2 and i got fatal directx error code 15 on running game
plz help

I have laptop - compaq CQ61
my specs are
4GB RAM
1GB graphics memory
and the mobile intel (r) 4 series express chipset family supports directx 10
and Windows 7 which supports directx 11
why chipset supports directx 10 Then why i can't play just cause 2
plz help me



And also i'm just 14 years old so i don't know much plz help me

First off, Welcome to the forums... secondly, you posted this forum TWICE (from what I saw)... now than, the thing with Just Cause 2 is that the game doesn't recognize the screen that you are using. If you had a look at the back of the case, you could see the system specs that are needed to run the game. You can have a look at Can You Run It, a site where you can see if your laptop has the right specs to run it. The website is here: Can You RUN It | Can I run that game | Game system requirements.
