Windows 7: cannot activate la noire

when i start the game it stops at the screen where the title blinks and apiano music plays nothin happens for a while but after sometime when i press the home key a social club window slides down but see no option for activaton.I have tried reinstalling both socialclub and the game.my system propertes are:- win 7 ultimate 32bit service pack 1 e7500 @ 2.93ghz
2 gb ram
nvdia gforce 9400 1gb
intel core 2 duo 2.93 ghz

I have the same problem. but when I first launch the game there was some error when the patches were downloading and next it will, just like you said, stops at the screen where the title blinks. I think I tried everything: reinstaling game few times and tried to instal patches from file where is LA Noire instaled but the end is always same: My bought original game is still not working... I realy dont now but I think when I bought ORIGINAL game things like this should not happend...
