EVE Online crashing my computer: please help!!!

Every time i start EVE Online, and click somewhere the game crashes, then explorer.exe crashes, and so does everything else. Even if task manger can open i can not restart explorer. The only way to stop it is to restart my computer. I did clear the game cache and even that did not help, i have also reinstalled, de-fragmented, and done a hard drive disk check. Please help!!!

Do you meet the minimum requirements for the game? Also, check your A/V if you have one and try turning it off when you run it. Also try closing explorer.exe before you run eve online.
