Get a different ISP or connect to a closer game server. There is nothing you can really do locally to fix this problem, it's the fact that there are hundreds of miles between you and the server.

Not really, no. It depends on the location of the servers. They could be in different countries, your internet has to travel to the other country to connect to that server.

Really not true. I and all my friends playing in israel servers (israel is our location) and I have a friend who lives next to me and has less than 10 ping me when we playing in the same server. and he have same internet speed like my. I think i need to change the network settings on my computer.

Compare your setting to your friend's settings. Also compare each others hardware.

What they said about server location is true, what you said is also true. You have something to compare against - that's a big help in trying to figure it out. good luck.

There isn't another way without comparing? something like disable unused functions on network settings... like QoS and others...

Dunno why you're that concerned about it. 25 ping compared to 10 is hardly a big jump at all. If it were 125 ping, that'd be different.
