Thank you Astalavista. However, for some reasons I am not able to download the plug-in that the site needs. Also, I forgot to mention that I tried Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare before when I had Windows Vista, and it ran very smoothly even on high settings. Now, my laptop is Windows 7, but I assume it will work since it worked before. What do you think?
I do not think it will, The graphics hardware on that lappy is inadequate, You might get it installed but running SMOOTHLY on high settings will not happen IMHO. I just want to verify that you are stating that COD 4MW ran smoothly on same lappy with Vista on high settings?. So, same rig different OS? Which graphics option is on the Laptop?
Hey, prove me wrong, I hope you can but do not think so................the minimum specs for hardware are

Yes, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was running smoothly on th exact same laptop as it is now, except it was Vista before and it is Windows 7 now, but other than that, nothing else changed.
If it ran fine on vista then it will run fine on win 7 as long as you have the appropriate drivers for the video for win 7 and such and assuming it has the hardware capable of running the game smoothly but depends on what you call smoothly,i consider smooth 45fps and up for a fps. Should run around the same or better because 7 is less resource hungry.

+ 1
If it ran when you had Vista, it should run even better with Win 7.
