| | DirectX SDK Nov 2008 I tried installing DirectX SDK (November 2008), but it seems that Windows 7 build 7000 already comes with it. When I try to uninstall it, it says (picture on bottom). This is with no programs running at all. What process uses this .dll? |

| | Try installing it in safe mode. You can also type "msconfig" and see what might be running at start up. |
