Windows 7: Always on top for full screen mode

Lots of little programs out there that will keep a selected windown on top of all other open windows but they only work in windowed mode. Not a single one I've tried works over a full screen app.

I'm running Flight Simulator X on two monitors. To play multiplayer, I need a small utility that I need to see almost all the time. I could run in windowed mode, but that causes other visual problems and makes my second monitor almost useless.



I need an always-on-top utility that works over full screen. Any ideas?

same issue here, isn't there really no solution for this?
in xp i had no problems putting something on top of fullscreen, but on 7 its not happening, its so stupid, please help.
