    5atcat,
Could you do me a favor and simply attach the .TXT file rather than a snapshot thereof?

Perhaps my previous request was misleading.

Attach the file and not a snapshot thereof.

    Thanks,
    karl

    5atcat,
There is a bios update for your computer:

Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States]

    I recommend downloading and installing.
Instructions are located at the link given.

Also recommend that you go here and enter the serial number, etc for your dell to see if you have other driver updates.

Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States]

and yep, it is another Dell site.

Go to the 2nd Dell link I gave.
Enter the info for your system.
You really should register your system with them.
There will be a link for drivers there.
Go there and see which ones are newer than what you have.

Probably, you can simply download the latest and greatest your find there and try to install them. The installer will probably tell you if there already is a later version installed.

I really think that Dell also has a program that you can run to determine if any drivers & utilities need to be updated.

I suspect that there are a couple of motherboard chip drivers that you will want, but that is just a guess.
