Windows 7: msvcp90.dll Error on directX for launching games & programs Need Help

When i try to launch a steam game or any game i get this error "Msvcp90.dll is missing"
and i did a little research but every time it doesn't fix it. I have repair installed Windows, Done a start up repair, Re-installed C++ 2008, and Re-installed Steam and my games. I dont know why this is happening and it just won't fix itself.



Not only am i getting this but on Enjin client is where i think it started but when i try to uninstall it, it will not uninstall because it gives me the "msvcp90.dll" error when trying to uninstall it. If anyone has any suggestions please tell me or any fixes and i prefer to not download a .dll file.
