by slower gameplay you mean low frame rate like lag? You could try turning down some of the settings in the graphics menu in the game and see if that helps.

lower resolution, set quality settings to 'low', drop AntiAliasing down... just go to 'graphics settings' and lower whatever you can.

Update drivers?

Take Aero down and choose performance over quality

Not knowing your system spec is hard to give objective help though.

I don't really know the minimum requirements for the game and I don't really know that card, it looks like it wouldn't support the game but... here's something you can try first.

Resident Evil 4 on Windows 7?
Hi I just installed Resident Evil 4 in my laptop, and every time I start it I get the message "game.exe" has stopped working. Could it be because of the video card? because I haven't installed any drivers yet. Or could it be compatibility issues? Thanks in advance

Well, I have the AMD Athlon x64 x2, but I have four GB RAM installed (3.25 usable). Would this made any noticable difference? I'm not in the mood...

Anyone run the Resident Evil 5 benchmark?
Just curious. I downloaded it over the weekend and mucked around with it a bit. I got a solid 32-33 fps @2560 x 1600 with every setting in-game maxed out. I am pretty sure I should get more than that once the SLI profile for that game actually gets released. It was kind of the same with the Devil...
