Windows 7: quset for glory collection series

So I've got my qfg series all installed, I just beat the first game and I wanted to.save my charector so I could import him into the next game trial by fire. But I can't figure it out... My main question is it wants me to insert a floppy disk in and save it on that, I'm using a laptop though so i wondered if I could save it on a flash drive, and if that would work how do I do it? Thanx for any help.
