Solved Shorten Draw Distance in L.A. Noire?

I looked online already and don't see any .ini or other file to edit to change this. I also looked specifically for a mod or patch that would do this with no success...

The game runs alright if there isn't a lot on the screen, such as cars, people, vegetation or what have you. But when I look off in to the distance down a street my frames slow down significantly.

So, I'm wondering if anyone here knows. Is there any way to shorten the draw distance for L.A. Noire, or a mod that will help with this?

Or is it just not possible to change this in L.A. Noire and I'm not going to be able to play at a decent framerate? Anyone?

With your laptop sepecs - unfortunately not. I assume you've already lowered all the in game details etc?

So there's not even a mod out there that anyone knows of? That is very unfortunate.

Well, if I could just shorten the draw distance, it would play decently, even with an Intel HD Graphics card. That is actually the only requirement that I don't meet, of course. :/
I have tried turning down all the specs (it looks exactly the same, just with different shading and lighting, since it is a console port) but the only option it is missing is the draw distance.

Sorry mate, there simply aren't any mods or draw distance tweaks available.

However none of them will have any impact on draw distance.

I don't have any intel GPU devices, but are there any options in the intel control panel to at least change performance vs quality settings etc?

I already tried all of the commands and changed the Intel HD control panel to all performance before posting this. Good suggestions, but surprisingly the things in the distance seem to be the only thing slowing me down (mainly cars and people in the distance).
