You mean the autorun feature isn't popping up? Maybe you set it to "do nothing" with a disk before and set it to not remind you for that form of media?

In either case, can't you just go Start >> Computer >> CD and run the autorun or installer from there?

Try what Ironclad suggested above. If your computer doesn't recognize the disk at all; the problem might be in your Optical Drive. Also, could you add your System Specs to your profile (especially the Optical Drive). It might also help to download the latest drivers to your computer.

OK, so the things that might cause the problem are:
    1. The Optical Drive
    2. The disk
The problem might be your optical drive (Most likely), so you tried updating the drivers? The Drive might also be broken. If not; the disk might be the problem.
Where did you purchase the disk from, then? A local store or on the internet?

But what I would suggest to do now is to try cleaning the lens on the Optical Drive. That helps often people with problems like this.

If the other discs work fine; then I see no reason for the discs to not work! The disc might be the problem! If you can, try playing the disc on another computer to see if the disc is the problem or not.

Oh, really sounds like the disc is the problem. You could return (if you can) the disc to the store you purchased it from since it really doesn't work.
