| | The recommended system specs are just a guideline unfortunately, if I had a dollar every time my specs exceeded requirements to play a game and it was laggy, I'd be a millionaire. |

| | The bottleneck probably is your graphics chip. The game needs 64mb VRAM, but that only goes for dedicated graphics cards and not integrated ones. Integrated chips are far less powerful. |

| | It could just be how old the game is, some old games have a bad rep. for being horribly integrated over to PC's. But it also might be due to the fact that you only have the required system specs, rather than the recommended system specs. And to answer the other question, 10-20fps is still low. |
