Windows 7: Fallout New Vegas-loading problem

Hey, well while trying to get fallout 3 to work on my computer, my coy of new vegas has a bug. When ever i fast traveled, or went into a new locations(when ever you a loading screen appears) i would have an endless loading screen. I deleted 389 out of 392 saved games files. That worked great, my game was working faster, i run the game at medium graphic. But now when ever i wanna go to free side or any where in vegas, i have the endless loading screen. I do not use any mods installed, no patches. Please help.
