I have recently reinstalled Starcraft II game onto my laptop and it's caused me problems ever since. As soon as I enter the password and log in into my profile, the game freezes for a few seconds, then unfreezes but remains at 5 fps. I noticed it maxes the CPU usage and all I got left to do is to end the process through the Task Manager. The news on the home page doesn't load, the multiplayer section used to not load.
Before the 1.5.0 patch, I used to bypass the sequence of events by spamming on the Singleplayer button, then entering the challenges section, where there is no content to be loaded from your servers. When I clicked the Multiplayer button afterwards, it worked fine. Note that I had to restart SC2 about 5 or 6 times before the bypass could actually work.
Then the 1.5.0 patch came and it's all a disaster. I can't load the Arcade section at all (CPU goes through the roof and i get 3 FPS), but moreover, I am not able to enter any multiplayer game, be it Cooperative, quick match or custom. The few times I manage to prevent the game from freezing and nuking my CPU, the game won't download the maps in order to play an actual game. There are two consequences of me hitting the "Find match" button: either the download doesn't even begin (1/8 maps downloaded and after 2 minutes a dialog box appears announcing me that "We couldn't download the content"), either the download starts, I get past the first map from the map pool, but then it breaks somewhere during the second map, the CPU goes nuts, and I have to restart the game.
I've uploaded to you the DirectX Diagnosis and the MSInfo files. I have also attached some screens. Hope that helps. If you need anything else, just tell me about it.
I hope you'll be able to help me with my issue.
Btw, I've put the MSInfo in an archive because it was too large for the uploading system to accept.
