Cannot install games into Program Files (x86)

I am attempting to install the Pokemon trading card game onto my computer. The installer does lead me to another place to download it, but they say for it to work it must be downloaded into program files (x86). So I attempted to download it there, but it says that I do not have permission to do so. I am the only administrator, so I do not know why this could be happening. Please help! Thank you.

I guess that it's due to UAC. You need to be elevated to write to program files, and your browser is likely to be running as a standard user. Even though you are admin, with UAC, Windows automatically demotes you to standard user unless you accept the elevation popup. Do the following, download the game anywhere else (desktop, temp folder, it doesn't matters) and then move from there to program files (an UAC elevation prompt will appear).

By the way, why the game absolutely needs to be in program files specifically? It should run anywhere else too if you properly install with another path.

it shouldn't have to be installed in a x86 folder if you have UAC on you can turn it off with your user account settings

Who says it has to be in Program Files (x86)? What happens if you let it install where it wants to go? DOes it work or not?
