Sure! Diablo 3 when scrolling, Skyrim when looking around, magicka when scrolling, neverwinter night platinum edition when scrolling, torchlight. Playing in full screen windowed mode seems to help in Diablo 3 but does not completely fix the issue. Games it does not happen in include League of Legends, Starcraft, and possibly world of warcraft but I am not sure on that one.

Hmm.. so it's more frequent with offline games than online games. I don't know if this will work, but would you be able to put a game that's choppy, like torchlight or neverwinter nights on a usb stick, or an external hard-drive and run it off that instead of your default hard drive? I have a feeling it has something to do with the hard drive.

Btw, do you have any antivirus that may be interfering?

I tired the usb suggestion and unfortunately there was no different. I have also tried playing the games with and without antivirus installed with no different.

I noticed today while watching some shows on hulu that the stuttering happens during scenes when the camera pans... I am at a loss of what to do.

Only other possible issue that I can see would be your graphics card. Do you have another graphics card that you can use to check if it is the issue?

Been through tow graphics cards so I doubt that is the issue.

Then the last thing I can see as being the issue would be the cpu or the motherboard. Otherwise I have no idea what the issue could be...
