Windows 7: Random crash when playing Gmod, Now Videocard is not working right.

Random crash when playing Gmod, Now Videocard is not working right.

I was just playing Gmod then all a sudden My computer crashed, it didn't BSOD just shut off. So i started it and my video-card is not working anymore neither is my dvi port on my mother board but VGA was still working. The fan on video-card still works so does the leds.

With and Without videocard i'm getting crashs on start up. http://imgur.com/HR3Zt

  • Hdd: Hitachi GST 0Y30055 500GB

Your computer overheated. Usually when that happens to me the computer runs a little wonky and after a while it runs just fine.

I think the video card might of overheated and burned out with what you describe to be honest. If you got a another graphic card you can try to see if you get the same issue.
