The motherboard does have front panel connections how it all fits together pretty much seems to vary with every build for me.
Needless to say you shouldn't have trouble connecting front panel audio and usb's.
You may have to pull out the motherboard book and annoyingly connect pins one at a time (I haven't had to do that in years though) or they'll just be plugs that snug right on (how it was with my current asrock board) | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Insane hobo technologies. ;-) OS Windows 7 x64 CPU Intel i7 2600k Motherboard Asrock z68 extreme 4 gen 3 Memory G.skill Ripjaw 16gigs @ 1866 Graphics Card Nvidia gtx580 (evga) Sound Card Integrated HD audio + hdmi Monitor(s) Displays 24" ASUS widescreen + 42" insignia Screen Resolution 1080p (1920x1080) Keyboard Microsoft wireless 3000 (v2) Mouse MS - wireless 5000 (bluetrack) PSU 1 kilowatt SLI/Crossfire rated Silverstone modular Case NZXT Phantom + additional 220 fan Cooling Zalmann Hard Drives 128 Samsung 830

Sweet, thanks. All I really want in the front are the usb's and audio not the HDMI, I would prefer that in the back since I usually hook up my computer to my LCD HDTV. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Toshiba L655-S5154 Laptop OS Windows Home Premium 64 bit SP1 |

I would invest in some black sata cables around 1-1.5 foot long as most items come with red? Also check out the NZXT line of cables and extensions. It's the little things like cable management that will really make you proud when you show off your build to friends. Then there are things like fan noise and going with premium fans so at speed while gaming it doesn't sound like a 777 trying to lift off! http://www.nzxt.com/new/product.php?...bles&series=13 http://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/pr...lchemy-cables/ http://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/pr...pectre-pro-led http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=p...s_id=12&lng=en | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number A blend of brains, brawn and dumb luck, ask me about rig #2 ! SolarstarShines reply =16GB of ram is useless unless you are Running Virtual Machines VM for short
I have 8GBs of ram Max usage is somewhere 1.50Gb to 3.00 Gaming
The Gpu Does most of the work and speed wise adding more Ram won't do anything unless you are dragging hard and most likly a full drive and still wouldn't give a jump in performance

A 7950 will run battlefield 3 at 1920x1080 at ultra settings with no noticeable slowdowns.
My brother recently bought an XFX7950 to replace his crossfire 6850/6870 setup.
I just recently bought an XFX 6950 to replace my XFX 5850, and I am pleased with the performance at 1920x1080.
Is see no need to get a more powerful card unless you are running eyefinity or surround or a 2560x1440 or hightper panel.
Asus is the brand of board I choose for my personal builds, never had an issue with them in the 16 years I've used them. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HAL-9000 OS Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit CPU Intel i7 3770K Motherboard Asus Sabertooth Z77 Memory 16GB DDR3 1333 Corsair XMS3 Graphics Card XFX HD6950 2GB EyeFinity Sound Card Logitech G35 & Sennheiser PC135 & VIA HD Monitor(s) Displays 23" HP 2310e, 23" Samsung B2230, 21.5" Viewsonic Screen Resolution 5760x1080 Keyboard Logitech G15 and G13 Mouse Logitech G700 Gaming Mouse PSU Antec True Power New 650watt Case Cooler Master HAF-932 Cooling Corsair H60 Hydro Cooler, 3x 230mm Fans, 2x120mm Fan Hard Drives 16TB of Storage
