18 Wheels of Steel Haulin Crash On Startup

I got the demo installed fine, without compatibility mode, and it works. But I bought the full game, and installed. When I startup the game by either going to the program files .exe or desktop icon, it crashes. I tried in compatibility mode for both XP and Vista, still get this error no matter with settings.

Have you tried to look for any patches and install them?
