Arkham Asylum problem (drivers issue possibly?)

Hey all, I bought the Arkham Asylum game last night, installed it, and booted it up for the first time. The game seems kinda laggish in terms of gameplay, but I triple-checked the system requirements and it looks like it should run smoothly. The only problem I can think of is that I have Vista drivers running for the nVIDIA GeForce 7025 graphics card. would that cause a problem where it makes the game lag, or is it something else? because other games seem to run without any issue. I do have DirectX 11 installed as well.

    any help would be great.

in the launcher, go to settings, and turn PhysX off. i know that helped out big time with the demo. should do the same for the retail version. as far as drivers, nVidia has them for 7, so using vista drivers isnt necessary, nor is it recommended.

    - also being a graphically intensive game, your card is going to have trouble in any case. my 8500GT had 'hiccups' on the game as well... ( both are budget cards. i would expect great performance to begin with)

    -hope it helps.

    duko3000, welcome to the forums.

All the drivers in the world aren't going to help. Hate to say it but that onboard video hasn't got a snowball's chance in you-know-what of ever playing that game at anything that can even be remotely called decent. The few reviews I can find about the 7025/7050 (only real difference between the two is the 7050 supports PureVideo), have that onboard chip running slower (a lot slower) than the old 6600 GT.

Unfortunately you want to play that game, you're going to have to get a real video card.

Also having DX11 installed (or DX10 for that matter) won't make any difference as it only supports up to DX9.0C,
