Arkham City problem

hey friends I recently installed batman arkham city in my laptop & it's working properly. What problem I'm facing here is that when the game starts a writing is displayed at top left corner-"physx>GPU".It is displayed continously till I exit the game. But this problem is not there in my friend's laptop.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

PhysX is the ability to correctly simulate physics within a computing environment (such as a game! :P ). I can only surmise that this is telling you that PhysX is currently being handled by the GPU (graphics card); does your laptop have AMD/ATI or nVidia based graphics?

Yeah like oxy mentioned, what are the specs and is it amd or nvdia graphics? Some games need physx to be installed even if you have amd, won't be used if you have amd graphics but doesn't hurt installing it. Like boderlands on my rig has to by force have physx installed or it won't run.
